Return policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. No refunds, returns or exchanges on any customized orders, no exception. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 7 days of receiving items for our consideration. Items accepted for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product is returned not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping:
Currently, we are shipping withing the continental United States only.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on order over $35. Use promo code FREESHIP at checkout.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. It should arrive 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. You will receive and e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Keep in mind that all our items are made to order and the amount of time it will take from the date ordered to the shipping date will vary.
Custom Orders:
Almost all of our items are custom items. This means that they are made to order. For an estimated shipping/turnaround time, please see the banner at the top of your screen. There are some items that are sold as is. This will be noted either in the title or the description. All of our leaving soon items are sold as is and are not eligible for customization.
If there is a specific item that you are wanting to order, but it isn’t listed on our website, please see the services we provide and fill out our custom order request form. We will be in touch with you via your preferred method of contact as soon as possible during our normal working hours; we maintain business/working hours Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm (with some exceptions such as holidays).
If both parties decide to move forward with the custom order request, payment will be required up front and in full before we begin working on your custom treasure. Terms and conditions may apply and will be communicated prior to accepting payment.
